Processing Time
The time required to process an order for shipping varies by product and supplier. Refer to individual items for estimated processing and shipping times.
  • Once your payment is verified and processed it can take and estimated 1-7 business days for your order to ship. This is excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Our estimated processing time varies from 1-7 business days, based on the product and supplier. We currently have an average processing time of 2-3 business days for most of our suppliers, however.
Shipping Policy
We strive to offer products that can be delivered in a timely fashion. 

We utilize various shipping carriers including USPS to deliver packages to the US. 
  • Shipping times, following processing, range from 1-20 business days, based on the product, supplier and/or shipping carrier. Refer to individual items for estimated processing and shipping times.
  • Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
  • Please note that due to our inventory being sourced from and stored in varying locations, items may arrive separately and/or reflect partner branding.
  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Refer to the Refund Policy for additional guidelines.
  • We will continue to look for options to offer you express shipping in the future, at an affordable cost to you.

Shipping Rates

We offer flat rate shipping of $5.00 on all US orders unless otherwise noted, i.e., active free shipping promotion or discount code. 

Shipping Delays and Undeliverable

Please note that all estimated shipping times are after the order has been shipped.  If for any reason your item is not deliverable, you will be issued a store credit for the purchase price of the items. Please carefully check your address details when placing your order. In the event that you request your order to be reshipped there will be a $10.00 shipping and handling fee.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the shipping carrier has marked your package as delivered.

COVID-19: Suppliers and shipping carriers are experiencing delays due to COVID-19. We cannot guarantee package delivery for any product unfortunately. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Cancellation Policy

You may request a cancellation before an item has been submitted for fulfillment/production.
  • Once an item has been submitted for fulfillment/production or shipped, you will not be able to cancel an order or request a refund.
  • Please be sure to review your cart details and applicable size charts accordingly to ensure the proper product(s) and size(s) are purchased.
